Description

Replace the failed asphalt parking lots with new materials. Contractors should expect to perform a turnkey operation from clearing and moving all wheel stops and debris associated with this work. Removal and installation of base materials in some areas will be required for additional parking spaces over existing gravel filled locations. Tack coats as needed, proper compaction of underlayment’s as required, striping, ADA space designations and wheel stop coatings throughout for high visibility in all areas. Contractors will be responsible for all clean up and debris removal to produce a like new parking lot when completed.
