| Description | The City of Ypsilanti (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in efforts to seek a qualified municipal solid waste hauler. The City will choose one hauler to provide for the collection of solid waste from all residential properties up to three units, municipally utilized dumpsters, a few small commercial pick-ups, and all other residential properties larger than three units that abide by the bag limits and terms delineated in this RFP (see Section 2.3 and Cost Proposal Worksheet). | ||
