1. Non-insulated rolling steel door: supply and install approximately one (1) 10'2-1/4" x 10'3" model wind tite interior coil service door, 20,000 life cycle spring, galv. 2-5/8" flat slat, 24 gauge galv steel, galv. Double angle bottom bar w/rubber, safety edge as per ul325 regulations, grey power coat on guides, angles and bracket plates foc bracket, galv. Hood baffle; cookson gh103 motor/operator, with monitored, right hand of operation, built in timer to close,continuous high starting torque motor with instant reverse and overload protection, manual hand chain in case of power outage, interior mount/face of wall. 2. Labor: two (2) technicians & heavy lifiting equipment to take down existing door & install new insulated rolling steel door (on line# 1) * all materails and extra fee must be included into price * a mandatory site visit will be required to obtain field measurements prior to bidding. * location: septa - roberts yard building 342 roberts ave.
