Electrical On Call Services

The County of Lincoln is requesting proposals to provide on-call contracted electrician services of less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per job for all County locations. This contract will not apply to new or add-on building construction. Services will include all time, labor, and materials to complete each project Services or projects may include, but are not limited to: A. Repair and/or replacement of defective electrical systems in any and/or all County building facilities. B. Repair and/or replacement of defective electrical parts, components, appurtenances, or equipment in any and/or all County building facilities. C. The County building facilities list is provided as Exhibit "A". The attached list of county owned buildings is provided as a reference only and does not "guarantee" that an electrical services contract will be issued for every property listed. The County of Lincoln reserves the right to solicit electrical work outside of this RFP and or contract. B. REMODELING OR RELOCATION or REPLACEMENT PROJECTS Installation of Electrical systems or components for remodeling or relocation projects of less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) will require a written project estimate prior to beginning any work under this caption. The County reserves the right to obtain competitive quotes for all remodeling; relocation or replacement work.
