Lakewood Airport Tree Trimming on Runway 6 End

Bids will be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at the place designated, and if not accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total bid but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to Lakewood Industrial Commission as a guarantee to furnish equipment and/or services for the bid price. Business Registration Certificate 12.Stockholders Disclosure Form 13. Qualifications Questionnaire 14.Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond in the sum of 10% of the total bid, but not more than $20,000.00. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the "Anti-Discrimination Act" (P.L. 1975 C.127) (NJAC 17:27). The Vendor must comply with all Local, County, State and Federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to this contract and to the work to be done here under.
