Description

The Cass Road Drain Improvements will be let in three divisions. The Drain project consists of the installation of enclosed storm sewer, drainage structures, culverts, headwall and wingwalls, energy dissipation basin, sanitary sewer, sewer manholes, watermain lowering, site clearing, spoil hauling, berm construction, and vegetation removal. Road construction work includes sand subbase, aggregate base, HMA paving, curb and gutter, guardrail, and underdrain. The construction, maintenance and improvements of said Drain is described as follows, each section having the average length, depth, and width set forth: Containing seven enclosed sections total. The enclosed sections having a length and average cut of: 1,344 feet with 15.9 feet average depth; 460 feet with 11.6 feet average depth; 970 feet with 9.2 feet average depth; 571 feet with 7.5 feet average depth; 668 feet with 8.7 feet average depth; 673 feet with 6.7 feet average depth; 673 feet with 6.9 feet average depth; 360 feet with 6.7 feet average depth.
