Amphitheater Roof Replacement

This is a formal solicitation of bids, which will be reviewed to determine that the functional requirements of Sandy City are met. The Sandy City shall be the sole judge as to which bid constitutes the lowest, responsive, and responsible. An award will be made after the appropriate approvals are received. The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment, insurance and bonding necessary, but not limited to, replacing the old rubber roof with one of the following: 1. Rubber Roofing EPDM (20+ year warranty). New flashing as needed. 2. PVC Seamless (20+ year warranty). New flashing as needed. Work will need to be done during a tight window when the Amphitheater is unoccupied, September - November or March - May. Roof needs to be covered at all times when old roof is removed to avoid water coming into the building. Questions Deadline: 8/28/2022 02:00 PM (MT)
