| Description | Pavement condition rating is projected to drop below the adopted standard. Inlay the existing roadway with hot mix asphalt, the existing pavement condition rating will be increased to be within adopted standards. As of November 10, 2022, this project is in Final Planning status. Preliminary engineering has begun and environmental design completed in the second quarter of 2020. The contract advertisement is expected in fourth quarter of 2022 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the second quarter of 2023.
