2022 Utilities Project

** This project has been awarded to R. L. Alia Co Inc in the amount of $2,244,669. ** This Contract provides for five schedules of work. Schedule A - Collins Road Water Mains, 720 LF of 12-inch ductile iron on Collins Road. Schedule B - Sanitary Sewer Mains, 2,800 LF of 8-inch, 350 LF of 12-inch, 120 LF of 18-inch, and 320 LF of 24-inch in three alleys, Park Avenue, Hatch Street, and Ryan Road. Schedule C - Storm Drains, Glacier Meadows Storm Outfall and 855 LF of 8-inch in two alleys. Schedule D -Road Restoration, Collins Road, Levesque Road, Naches Street, and Spiketon Road. Schedule E - Heather Lane Improvements, 110 LF of 8-inch water ramps at Whitmore Way All work will be done in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be physically complete within 1.20 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and. Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Washington. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond, payable to the "City of Buckley" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. Financing of the Project has been provided by 'City of Buckley, Washington. The City of Buckley expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in anv Proposal.
