Description

1. Demolition including sawcuts, removal of concrete curb and gutter, and base/subgrade as needed, remove / salvage existing tree grate(s), and other concrete removal in boulevard 2. Installing construction fencing 3. Common excavation 4. Importing, placing and compacting subgrade and gravel base as necessary per designed grades 5. Finish grading and compacting existing aggregate in preparation for concrete banding, concrete pads, and concrete pavers 6. Concrete work including paver banding, seating area pads, boulevard banding, and boulevard curb and gutter 7. Install "planted areas" with topsoil, mulching, landscape boulders, stone landscape edging, and plantings 8. Prepare "Alternative Lawn Area" with topsoil and seeding 9. Silt fence installation and removal 10. Design/Build of an Irrigation system per schematic provided in project documents 11. Design/Build of site pathway light(s) and outdoor outlet(s) per schematic provided in project documents. 12. Installation of a Shade Sail Structure with concrete footings, poles, hardware, and canvas sails per manufacturer's specifications 13. Coordination and scheduling with all other contractors 14. All other miscellaneous general items All work under this contract shall be started no earlier than June 20, 2022 and be completed no later than August 26, 2022. Once work has commenced the contractor will have 35 calendar days to complete all work.BID SECURITY in the amount of (5) five percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids.
