| Description | The BJCC seeks general contracting services on a complete renovation of 380 guest rooms located across 13 floors of the Sheraton Tower Building for the hotel. The Sheraton Tower guest rooms are unoccupied at this time, however hotel management offices and guest public space is occupied and will continue to be occupied. The Tower is adjacent to and attached floor by floor to the Atrium portion which is fully operational with hotel guests and staff.
