| Description | The contract will be in effect April 1, 2021 - March 31, 2024 with the option to renew for one (1) additional three (3) year term. There are multiple collection sites, outlined below, requiring services. The supplier shall retain ownership of all containers, and upon termination or expiration of the contract, all containers will be returned to the supplier. The supplier shall be required to provide all containers, appropriately marked for biohazard, and in good, sturdy, working condition. All metal and/or plastic containers shall be able to endure the outside elements, including heat, wind, rain and vermin. |
