| Description | At all low-slope/existing single ply membrane roof assemblies areas furnish and install a new 60-mil PVC membrane roof recover, fully adhered over new gypsum coverboard, set in low-rise foam adhesive over new rigid insulation, mechanically fastened through the existing roof assembly with manufacturer approved fasteners and plates as shown and specified in design documents. At all low-slope/existing single ply membrane roof assemblies areas furnish and install new PVC flashings and sheet metal (fascia metal, parapet cap, counter flashings, roof jacks, etc.) as shown and specified in design documents. At all existing steep slope metal panel roof areas remove and replace standing seam metal roof panels. Furnish and install new standing seam metal roof panel assembly, over new self-adhering underlayment, fully adhered over existing gypsum substrate, mechanically attached over existing corrugated metal deck as shown and specified in design documents. |
