Prequalification: Price Park Tank Replacement

The City of Longmont (City) is soliciting statements of qualifications from general contractors to provide construction services for the Price Park Tank Replacement project. The objective of this SOQ process is to identify prequalified general contractors with the experience, resources and ability to complete the project in an acceptable and satisfactory manner. The City will only allow general contractors qualified through this SOQ processto bid on the project. The work will be issued in a single bid and awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible, prequalified bidder. Short-listed bidders may also be requested to participate in an interview and/or presentation to discuss contract approaches and demonstrate their capability to perform the work. The City reserves the right to issue future SOQs and to pre-qualify additional firms if needed.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
