Description

This project will convert approximately 1400' of existing roadway at Arkins Court from 35th to 38th Avenues into a linear park with water quality elements, planter boxes, gangway and pavilion structures, and locations for the public to sit, have events, play, and exercise. Elements of construction in this project include earthwork, concrete edging, walls, curbing, flatwork, and paving, asphalt milling and overlay, asphalt paving, decking, drilling, structure fabrication and erection, storm pipe installation, wiring, lighting, irrigation, and landscaping.
