Description

Update HVAC system on two floors. Remove roof top equipment, air handling units and related equipment in mechanical room and related piping and ductwork in occupied spaces. New equipment includes exhaust fans, reheat units, air handler, new piping and ductwork, updated controls and related electrical connections. Remodeling includes removal of existing dumbwaiter equipment, openings in floor and roof, shaft wall enclosure, painting, new ceilings and lights and quarry tile patching.
