| Description | This project includes construction of a 2-inch asphalt overlay on 53rd Avenue from Chinook Street east approximately 3,300 feet to Highway 99E. The existing pavement is deteriorated due to age. Curb ramps will also be replaced as part of this project to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. Operating Budget Impact: This project will reduce maintenance costs over the long term by reducing the amount of temporary patching and other maintenance of the deteriorated pavement. Project is in the CIP FY2022-2026 program, As of May 31, 2023, the project is scheduled for FY2025-2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
