RFP - Massport Building Condition Assessment, Authority-wide

The Authority is seeking a qualified multidiscipline consulting firm, or team, with proven architectural and engineering experience, to provide professional services for building inspection, and condition assessment of its existing portfolio of buildings. These services are expected to be provided across all Authority properties. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority, and other interested parties, in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner. The contract will be work order based, and Consultant's fee for each work order shall be negotiated; however, the total fee for the contract shall not exceed ($750,000). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
