Oxford Avenue Sanitary Sewer Relocation

Bids were rejected. It came in too high. Oxford Avenue Sanitary Sewer Relocation includes the installation of 330 LF of 8 PVC sanitary line between an existing manhole and new manhole for the relocation. The new manhole is to be constructed over an existing 21 VCP sanitary main. There is an existing manhole connection and bench rework for rerouting the flow and manhole and main abandonment. The work is off W. Oxford Avenue within the ROW, along the side of W. Oxford Avenue. There is concrete curb cut replacement and asphalt patching of the entrance to an industrial recycling center. The project is situated in the Valley Sanitation District, in Sheridan, Colorado. October 31, 2022 Project completion date is flexible, but everything must be completed by October 31st, 2022. The work has to be continuous within 33 days. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time fixed for bid closing. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or technical defects, so the best interests of the District may be served, and may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the District.
