| Description | As of March 8, 2023 the project has been awarded. Construction is expected to commence March 13, 2023, and be completed within 90 days. No further inquiries to be accepted. In accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications, the Project consists of the demolition of existing facilities and construction of new tenant improvements including but not limited to general carpentry (framing walls, insulation, drywall, doors and hardware, windows, cabinetry and hardware, finishes, flooring, and ceiling); electrical; plumbing; HVAC; fire suppression; and security.
