Description | The owner is going to self-perform this project. If you have any questions, please contact Craig Dougall at the Mescalero Housing Office Mescalero Apache Tribe Housing Department the Tribally Designated Housing Entity for the Mescalero Apache Tribe, is requesting bids from qualified General Contractors licensed in the State of New Mexico for Construction Services for the project entitled:Adiidi nikuwaa Mescalero Permanent Supportive Housing. (l) Community Center or (2) Concrete and flatwork for entire project. Project Location: Mescalero, Otero County, New Mexico Scope- The Work consists of constructing a supportive housing complex consisting of one community building efficiency, and one-bedroom premanufactured units for the Mescalero Apache Tribe Housing Department. Structural consisting of concrete foundation cast-in-place concrete, all wood construction, three coat stucco finish, standing seam metal roof, provision for automatic sprinkler system. All new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, insulation / thermal envelope, exterior and interior finishes, cabinetry, roofing and roof drainage, doors and windows. The Site development of approximately 17.365 acres, more or less, including; waste water, domestic water systems, site grading and drainage, building pads, roadway and driveway pavement, and landscaping.
