| Description | Meadow Lane - Remove and replace both Inlets. Replace both Inlets with new 2’x2’ concrete Inlets, New Frame and Grates, tying in existing pipes and sealing around pipe. Inlets are to be brought up to existing road grade for finish elevation. Mill Street - Remove and replace both Inlets with New 2’x2’ concrete Inlets with New Frame and Grates, tying in existing pipes and sealing around pipe, also replacing 20’ of 12” N12 pipe on upper side of Inlet where sink hole has formed. Inlets are to be brought up to existing road grade for finish elevation. The Inlets needing repair will be marked in White Marking Paint. |
