The City of Kansas City, is soliciting bids for Construction Manager at Risk Services f o r Project No. 80002229/9737 - Water Services Department Laboratory Remodel and Building Renovations Contract Manager at Risk (CMAR). The outside of the Technical Approach Submittal envelope/package shall include Bidder's name and address and shall be labeled "Invitation For Bid - Technical Approach Submittal for Project No. 80002229/9737". The outside of the Price Submittal envelope/package shall include Bidder's name and address and shall be labeled "Invitation For Bid - Price Submittal for the Project No 80002229/9737". The goals for this specific Project are 14% MBE participation and 14% WBE participation.
