A. The project location is shown on the vicinity map in the design drawing set. The work includes the construction of approximately: 430 cu yd aggregate base (cv) 550 cu yd select granular (cv) 400 ton bituminous surfacing 30 lin ft sanitary manhole 500 lin ft 8 pvc sanitary sewer 950 lin ft 6 - 12 pvc watermain 1,000 lin ft draintile 520 lin ft 12 - 18 rcp storm sewer 1,000 lin ft s512 curb & gutter 17,000 sq yd turf establishment together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. This project is subject to responsible contractor certification. Bid security: a proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of city of cokato shall accompany each bid. Owner's rights reserved: the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the owner would be best served thereby.
