Description

This project, identified by staff, will upgrade the existing stormwater infrastructure in the East Lake Garden development. This area consistently floods with a moderate rain event in the City. As of April 13, 2021, this project is included City of Dover FY 2021-2025 CIP. An architect has been selected for the project. Information regarding design firm and general contractor selection has not been disclosed. Construction is slated to begin in 2022; however, a firm date has not been disclosed. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
