Landscaping Services for Downtown West Palm Beach

The following service items shall be provided for all areas listed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP: The quantities listed are approximate, not guaranteed. 1. Providing landscape care and maintenance five (5) days a week within the Downtown District during daytime hours approved by the DDA. 2. Care and Maintenance includes; healthy, visually appealing, live plants. Fertilizer, pruning, trimming, cutting, mowing, hauling of debris, removal of trash and litter, proper disposal of all trimmings, trash and waste. 3. Be able to properly provide all plants, materials, labor, equipment, vehicles and other items required to properly execute the services requested in this RFP. 4. Maintain optimal plant life, keeping them in a condition that is always visually appealing. 5. Ensure all landscaping areas are free of dead plants, debris, weeds, trash and any other item that are not benefitting the overall health of the landscaping.
