Design-Build Services for Knutson Drive Critical Repairs

Design and construct repairs to the slopes below Knutson Drive. The scope of the Design-Build team's work includes survey, design, permitting, public involvement and construction for the repair of two landslide areas on Knutson Drive, reconstruction of the street and utilities and coordinating access with Knutson Drive residents to deliver a completed project. CBS has established a Baseline Scope of Work to be priced on a lump sum basis. Additional improvements and enhancements may be added to the final scope depending on availability of budget amounts. CBS will consider a designer-led or constructor-led Design-Build team. The award and selection will be a value-based selection process based on price, evaluated work plan and proposal, and qualifications of the proposer.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
