Providing Professional Architectural and Engineering Design Services

The Township requests that the selected firm provide a full range of design services including, but not limited to architectural, structural, civil, landscaping, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, interior design, lighting, data, telecommunications, graphics and related services which may be required in the connection and design and execution of a specified project. All work performed must comply with existing federal, state, and local codes, statutes, and requirements. The selected firm will work cooperatively with the Township and will provide assistance to the Township in completing any necessary applications, documents, serve as a liaison, on behalf of the Township, provide architectural and engineering services for building analysis; building design; construction documents; bidding specifications; daily construction supervision/inspection and administration and additional coordination responsibilities. The anticipated project delivery method is multiple prime contracting.
