| Description | Repair/replace windows and appurtenances at the Authority’s Administration Building located at 166 Jackson Bluff Road Conway, SC 29526. Leaks have been discovered in the windows of the jut out bay area of the curtain wall to the left of the main entrance of the Administration Building. Contractor shall remove all face caps and pressure bars from curtain wall system. Clean, inspect, and repair all joint plugs, perimeter caulking, weep holes, and setting block placement. Replace all 40 panels of glass with like kind and reinstall existing pressure bars and face caps per manufacturer specifications to ensure water tight seal. |
