Description

Installation of various foundations for the new Peter Bryce Boundary Markers. There is a total of (10) locations that delineate the Preserve on the Bryce Campus. These foundations will include lighting and landscaping. Boundary obelisks provided by the owner. The project will also include foundations for (4) entry obelisks. These foundations will include lighting and landscaping. Obelisks will be provided by the owner. The project will also include (2) foundations for the new Bryce Main entry walls. These foundations will include lighting and landscaping. Walls themselves will be provided by the owner. The project will also include a civil component that will affect the road, sidewalks, and brick paver crosswalks. The intersection of Bryce Lawn Dr. and Kilgore Ln. on the south side of the Bryce Main building will be reconfigured to achieve symmetry with the building. The project will also feature University standard lighting.
