Description

Removal of “bleachers”, concrete, trees and retaining walls. Import common fill dirt supplied by Westminster Public Schools from the Water Department (85th Ave and Umatilla St). The Slope and peak of the grade to start at the property line and go out 35’ to ground level. Final grade to be approved by the District. Seed and erosion control blankets for the imported fill dirt area. Work to be completed between June 1, 2022 and July 23, 2022. Approximate Measurements only. To be verified by Contractor. 1. Removal of 11,000 Sq. Ft. Concrete 2. Removal of 4,000 cy Timbers 3. Removal of 10 trees 4. Import 3,400 cy of common fill dirt
