| Description | Removal and replacement of the three (3) existing roof mounted exhaust fans, which are equivalent to the existing system at Sparta Maintenance. Install (3) new exhaust fans, which are equivalent to the existing system 1. Safely remove and dispose of the existing roof-mounted exhaust fans. 2. Mount exhaust fans to the existing roof curbs. 3. Provide and install all electrical controls to allow exhaust and supply fans to run individually with each being controlled by a thermostat. 4. Install new thermostats. 5. Provide crane and rigging. 6. Existing exhaust fans specs are as follows: RPM 1725. Voltage 230/460. AMPS 3.2/1.6. 7. Existing exhaust fan curb dimensions: 35 3/4 inches x 35 3/4 inches. 8. Area must be clean of all work debris upon completion. 9. Watertight installation must be observed upon completion. |
