FY21 Armour Center Bed Hall

Work is to: 1. Remove existing interior and exterior doors where specified on the architectural drawings. 2. Remove existing window from specified location and infill to match existing. 3. Partially remove interior walls as specified on the architectural drawings. 4. Remove existing toilet partitions as specified on the architectural drawings. 5. Remove existing Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical as specified on the architectural drawings. 6. Remove existing stairs and stair rails as specified on architectural drawings. 7. ACM removed from specific locations by others. 8. Install new concrete floor slab as specified on architectural drawings. 9. Install new interior walls as specified on architectural drawings. 10. Install new interior and exterior doors as specified on architectural drawings. 11. Install new Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical as specified on architectural drawings. 12. Install new plumbing fixtures as specified on architectural drawings. 13. Install new owner supplied waste receptacles. 14. Install new light fixtures as specified on architectural drawings. 15. Install new Luxury Vinyl Tile and base in specified locations on architectural drawings (The aforementioned shall be issued as a Floor Allowance) 16. Paint interior walls and ceilings where specified on architectural drawings. 17. Install new ceramic floor tile where specified on architectural drawings. 18. Install two new ADA accessible restrooms and shower stalls as specified on architectural drawings. 19. Install new Boot Washing Station as specified on architectural drawings. 20. Install new stacked washer and dryer as specified on architectural drawings. 21. Install new stair rails as specified on architectural drawings. 22. Add directional signage from new restrooms to existing ADA restrooms.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
