| Description | The work consists of, but not limited to, the following: A. Replacement of the existing Wilson Hall Concert Shell. B. This work will be a design and build project and the successful vendor must complete all requirements of this IFB which includes: 1. Providing stamped structural engineer drawings for the concert shell which must be submitted to the DCA for permit review and approval. 2. Contractor must staff the project properly to make sure the work is completed within the allotted time frames provided including working any overtime required.
