Annual Water Line Maintenance Materials

The City of Ada is seeking bid prices for certain materials for the Citys line maintenance. These prices shall be good for a period of one (1) year after awarding of bid. Material will be shipped FOB Ada, OK as orders are placed and purchase order number obtained for vendor. This is a formal bid proposal submitted by the bidder to the Ada Public Works Authority/City of Ada, Oklahoma (BUYER), as a legal offer. When properly accepted by an authorized agent of the BUYER, it will constitute a firm and binding contract between these two parties in accordance to the conditions and specifications stated and/or implied within the bid documents. The Ada Public Works Authority reserves the right to purchase from other vendors, if the awarded vendor fails to deliver within the time limits as stated at time of order. Brands and/or numbers are for reference only, meant as being descriptive only as to level of quality and type of equipment desired, but not restrictive as to manufacture, except for those items noted as not being a Romac. All materials will abide by DEQ law and contain no lead brass, or any fitting containing lead. You may use the line maintenance bid price excel spread sheet file included in the attachments rather than completing the pricing below. The excel file will still need to be printed off to include in the sealed envelope with the noncollusion affidavit and the vendor information sheet which is at the end of this document. The quantity of goods listed is an approximate yearly estimate. The City reserves the right to purchase more than or less.
