Description

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the complete removal of existing chillers and cooling towers in the Academic B Building. This work will be inside public corridors and classrooms and includes but is not limited to: Hazardous materials abatement, removal and replacement of roofing systems, existing ceiling systems, structural steel supporting system and electrical power distribution, branch circuits, lighting and fire alarm systems. The work also includes the installation of a new Air-Cooled Screw Chiller system including all pumps, piping and controls.
