Description

Area 1: Contractor will provide labor, materials, and equipment to cut down up to 250 pine trees to within 2 inches of the ground within the specified area depicted on Location Map 1 as AREA 1. Contractor will remove all debris from the site. Removal of pine trees cannot damage any existing palm trees or mangroves. Contractor shall not enter wetland area. Finished surface must be restored to a maintainable/mowable surface. If needed, Contractor to provide temporary erosion control for areas to be cleared. Area 2: Contractor will provide labor, materials, and equipment to cut down all existing Australian Pine trees to within 2 inches of the ground within the specified area depicted on the Location 2 Map as AREA 2. Contractor will remove all debris from the site. Removal of Australian pine trees cannot damage any existing palm trees, power lines or fence. Contractor shall not enter Mosquito Control area. Finished surface must be restored to a maintainable/mowable surface. Area 2 is within the Airport Operating Area and Contractors must be badged to work on this area of the airport, as described in the Specifications.
