SSES Phase 3 Sub-Basins 2 and 10 Public Sanitary Sewer Repairs

Work to be performed includes but is not limited to the removal and disposal of three (3) existing manholes, installation of two (2) precast concrete sanitary sewer manholes with frames and covers, sealing and cementitious lining of thirty (30) sanitary sewer manholes, removal and disposal of approximately 300 LF of existing sanitary sewer piping, installation of approximately 225 LF of 8” PVC sewer piping, installation of approximately 2,775 LF of 6” Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) and 900 LF of 8” Cured-in Place Pipe (CIPP) with associated television inspection, cleaning, chemical root treatment, bypass pumping, and service reinstatement as necessary and abandonment of 750 LF 6” and 850 LF 8” existing sewer main. The work will take place in the Continental Road, Tower Hill Road, Circuit Road, Clubhouse Road, Serpentine Road and Turtle Point Road regions of the Village of Tuxedo Park’s sanitary sewer system.
