| Description | The project area is bounded by Manvel Road, Bailey Road, Brazoria Drainage District 4 ditch, and Mary’s Creek. The project will entail the construction of drainage improvement infrastructure within the entire West Lea Subdivision and along Manvel Road (FM 1128) to the Mary’s Creek outfall. The project includes the removal of existing storm sewer, installation of approximately 10,500 LF of proposed storm sewer, re-grading, widening, and re-shaping approximately 40,500 LF of roadside ditch, utility adjustments, installation of street light conduit, the removal and replacement of driveway culverts, upsizing of culverts, tree removal and protection, sidewalk and pavement repair, and site restoration. |
