Exterior Painting of Big Pine Key Fire Station

The project intent and scope of work is to: 1. Pressure Wash Building including windows and window frames. 2. Remove old Caulking and provide new caulk around doors and windows as required. 3. Match existing colors and trim. 4. Remove wildlife. 5. Contractor cannot obstruct building operations. 6. Protect mural, landscaping, adjacent surfaces, sidewalks, cars, lamps etc. 7. Cover all windows and wall mounted light fixtures during painting and washing. 8. Keep work areas clean and neat. 9. Provide barricades to prevent public/ employees from traversing areas receiving work, wet paint signs. 10. Contractor to provide written schedule for all phases of the work. 11. Contractor to provide submittals on all materials and receive approval before application.
