Provide Facility Condition Assessment of SLC buildings per the attached spreadsheet noting Standard Facilities as classification 3, Ancillary Facilities as classification 2 and non-Occupied as classification 1. occupied buildings with typical 25-30 building systems present to track capital. Identify and document current and forecasted conditions of facilities listed. Identify and document current site needs. Identify and document remaining service life of major building systems to include envelope; architectural finishes; roofs; electrical; plumbing; heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC); fire protection; elevator systems and Site and Infrastructure.
