| Description | Awarded at 6:30PM on September 6, 2022, at the regular scheduled Supervisors meeting at Kelly Township Municipal Building for the following contract: Line Painting Furnish and place 124,249 LF of Double Yellow Line Paint and 53,700 LF of Single White Line Paint. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. |
