County Club Ranches Watermain

The Scope of Work includes Phases 1A as the Primary Project, but is not limited to all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and incidentals, as necessary for the installation of 6-inch watermain to be installed through a combination of an open cut installation and horizontal directional drills. Pipe material to be a combination of ductile iron pipe (DIP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Pipe installation to include gate valves, fire hydrants, applicable fittings, water services, meter boxes and connections to the existing mains. Work is also to include applicable demolition and restoration required during pipe installation. The Alternate Phases, 1B and 1C will be at the sole determination of the City: o Alternate Phase 1B - is bounded by Old Miramar Parkway to the North, SW 141st Avenue to the West, SW 41st Street to the South and SW 139th Avenue to the East; and o Alternate Phase 1C - is on Old Miramar Parkway, from SW 136th Avenue to SW 124th Avenue
