New facility consisting of sitework, a 3-story building (Building A) and a pre-engineered building (Building B). Site work to begin August 22 or before. Building A plans are complete and open to bid on all trades. Building A foundations to be completed early this fall with tilt-up panels. Building B pre-engineered building has already been ordered, but structural and MEP drawings maybe released in the next week to be bid with this bid package as separate prices to Building A. As of August 2, 2022, two addenda have been issued.
