Description

DCAM Certification Required Construction and installation of a precast concrete flush toilet building. This structure should be approximately 18’ Length x 10’ Width x 10’ Height (roof line excluded), and consist of two fully accessible family bathrooms and one janitorial space/supply closet with its own egress. This precast concrete structure will be tied into a concrete foundation installed by others per manufacturer’s requirements, as outlined within the project specifications. Water, electric and sewer service will be provided within 20’ of the project area, as identified in site plan and specifications.
