| Description | Remove Front porch steps made of concrete and install new steps to code with treated lumber. Remove existing railings of the front porch and install new rails to code with treated lumber. Install gutters and downs on the front porch over hangs. Tear off existing deck from the side and back of the building. Build new deck to code from the old foot print of original deck. Use treated lumber and dig new footings for the new deck. Add two sets of steps in the location of existing steps. Use Caution while measuring or walking on existing deck. Permits required. |
