| Description | ITB: Grounds Maintenance Services at 11 Cuyahoga DD Locations within Cuyahoga County, Ohio Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Ohio, or by a certified check on a solvent bank. It shall be payable to the Cuyahoga County Board of DD, in a sum equal to (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The certified check or bond will be held as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the parties will enter into a contract. The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities reserves the right to cancel any bid and accept or reject any bid or any part or all parts of any bid submitted, and waive all technicalities when in the best interest of the Cuyahoga DD. |
