Description

Principle features of the work will consist of mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural work associated with upgrading the existing pump station. The major scope of work items includes demolition of existing electrical installations and installation of new electrical distribution equipment, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, gas detection systems, temporary emergency generator, instrumentation, demolition of existing HVAC equipment and systems and installation of new HVAC equipment, ductwork and controls, structural repairs to existing spalled and cracked concrete floors and ceiling, repairs to existing CMU block and brick walls, new lintel installations and interior, exterior architectural upgrades as shown in the Contract Documents including new asphalt shingle roofing system.
