| Description | Work which includes multiple locations throughout the City for milling and resurfacing various roadways and trails, isolated base repairs, construction of new and replacement of existing curb ramps, and signing and pavement markings. The various locations are shown on the roadway resurfacing tabulations and plans for the curb ramp replacements. Work includes maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, milling and resurfacing, sod, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, concrete driveway aprons, detectable warnings, traffic signal loops, isolated base repairs, manhole and valve adjustments, and signing and pavement markings, along with all required Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) following FDOT standard specifications and all necessary Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Best Management Practices (BMPs) required by local jurisdictions. The engineering cost estimate for this project is $955,707.84 for the base bid and $749.89 for the bid alternative. |
