| Description | The Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck is seeking bids to provide LED Luminaires. In accordance with North Dakota state law, a separate envelope containing a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount bid must be attached to the outside of the proposal/bid envelope and labeled "Bid Bond". Bonds or checks of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them after making the award. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof and reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities whenever it is for the best interest of the City of Bismarck. |
